Description
The Bottle Inspection Conveyor Belt has been engineered for both efficient as well as accurate inspection of bottles with respect to high speed production lines. It has an efficiently operating inspection speed of up to 100 bottles per minute, providing for quick and reliable quality inspections, while its production capability is rated at 60 bottles per minute providing consistent and reliable production/flow of all inspected products. The conveyor is powered with a 0.50 H.P. motor that requires an electrical supply of 1.00 H.P. at 220 volts and has a stable running performance. The system allows for operator configuration to be either 2x2 or 3x3 to perform effective visual inspection. The conveyor industry standard heights are between 860 millimeters and 910 millimeters providing a working height for ergonomically friendly operation. The various automatic operation modes of the system will contribute to improving productivity and reducing the amount of manual effort required to perform visual inspections in current packaging systems.
