Juice Counter Sugarcane

Sugarcane juice, called is common in Vietnam as a drink. Other fruit juices may be added to balance the sweetness, such as kumquat or chanh muối.The clarification of sugar cane juice occurs by coagulation, flocculation, and precipitation of the colloids and pigmented substances, which are later eliminated by decanting and filtration, i.e., an insoluble precipitate which absorbs and drags such compounds from the juice is formed.
