Cashew Nut Colour Sorting Machine

After the cashews are sterilised and peeled off, they have to be graded. This is done according to the size and colour of the cashews. To sort the size a machine like on the picture below is being used. Finally, finishing touches are given to grades by passing them through a cleaning line where they are manually supervised. Cashew kernels are then packed in a controlled atmosphere.
