Shell Knockout Machine

The ceramic from the cast shells is broken off in the pneumatic Knock out machine. The knockoff removes about 80% to 90% of the shell material quickly and efficiently without in any way damaging the cast parts.The machine is compressed air driven. An acoustic shroud is provided to dampen the noise. The enclosure is provided with a port to connect to a dust collector. A dust collector is available as addon. An amphitheatre anvil and a shell debris collection basket is available as standard supply.The machine is of robust build and the rugged hammer requires hardly any maintenance.
