Shrinking Machine

A shrink wrap machine dispenses film which is loosely folded over a product. The film is then heated and forms a tight wrap around the product. The range of equipment available starts with a set-up of manually-fed film used with a hand-held heat gun.The shrink machine works in two stages. The around of the product will be wrapped with a plastic film which is called stitching source and sewed with a sewing machine. In the second stage, the tunnel is created by applying heat that will allow the shrink and this is called shrink tunnel or heat tunnel.Shrink hood machines are floor standing units which are mounted on wheels. They are designed to speed up packaging lines by providing both a heat shrinking and sealing method in a single unit.
