Automatic L Sealer Deluxe Model (BS4522LN)

The Automatic L Sealer Deluxe Model (BS4522LN) is a machine for the sealing and shrink packaging of items. It uses PVC, POF & PP films during this process. In this device the heating system uses 15 kW of power at 380 V and 50/60 Hz. Because the heat is constant, the film shrinks in a manner that is uniform. For different sizes of products and types of film, the operator can adjust the speed of the conveyor from 0 - 10 m/min. On the conveyor belt, the machine can move loads that weigh as much as 30 kg. It is 2000 mm long, 700 mm wide and 1370 mm high. Due to its weight of approximately 180 kg, the structure is stable and strong for work that does not stop. With an integrated shrink oven that measures 1600 × 450 × 220 mm, the air stays at an equal temperature in all parts of the chamber. And as a result the finish on the packages is consistent for many product formats in automated lines.
