Automatic L Sealer Regular Model (FQL450 (L-Sealer) seals POF film and packages items automatically for production lines of a medium scale. It is equipped with a motor that uses 2.2 kW and 220V at 50/60Hz. To accommodate different films plus environments, an operator can adjust the temperature of the sealing process from 180°C to 250°C. For steady throughput, the machine processes up to 30 pieces every minute. In order to fit various product sizes, the maximum area for sealing is L550 × W450 mm and the limits for the packing envelope are L+2H=550mm, W+2H=450mm & H=140mm. With dimensions of 1760 × 940 × 1580 mm but also a weight of 320 kg, the machine does not move or vibrate during use. By using controls that maintain the exact temperature and automated systems, the machine limits the need for rework as well as ensures that the packaging is uniform.
