Weiber Air Jacket tri Gas Incubator is specially designed for cell culture application requiring below ambient in vitro oxygen atmospheres. It offers both CO2 and O2 control using nitrogen gas to displace ambient air. An infrared sensor selectively measures CO2 concentration in real-time and a microprocessor controls temperature and CO2 concentration. The large size TFT LCD display shows parameters such as temperature, CO2, O2 and N2 concentration and RH. Air jacketed incubators circulate air throughout the interior of the incubator to maintain constant temperature. It also offers an option for O2 control, which allows tri-gas control for sustaining hypoxic conditions.
