Fabricated Cylindrical/ Spherical Jar of capacity 5. 10. 15. 20 Liters per batch. The jar is secured in M. S. Fabricated cage keyed on output shaft of Reduction Gear Box mounted at 45° on M. S. Fabricated base frame. The Gear Box is drived by TEFC Electric Motor of 2 H.P. 1440 RPM suitable to run on 415 volts 3 phases 50 cycles and AC supply / 220 volts, single phase 50 Hz. and AC supply, through V-Belt and pulley arrangement. The rack and pinion arrangement is provided in the base frame for replacement of V-belt. The Jar is contained with 180 Porcelain / Ceramic Balls of assorted size for 15mm to 40 mm. and speed of Jar is 72 RPM.
