PACORR- Laboratory Heat Sealer

The Laboratory Heat Sealer seals flexible packaging with set values for temperature, pressure and dwell time. A PID controller holds any point between 0 °C and 400 °C and repeats the same setting for each test. Shop air at 0.05 - 0.7 MPa drives the jaws - the operator starts the cycle with a front switch or with a foot pedal. The jaws come in two lengths: 150 mm × 15 mm or 300 mm × 15 mm, both straight. The housing sits on a bench, runs from 220 V, 50 Hz plus fits inside a lab or quality room. The heated bars press the film layers together and produce a seal of even width and full strength - the pouch protects the contents. The frame is metal, the knobs are few but also the unit serves every stage of package design and checking.
