Supplying, erections and commissioning with PRE ENGINEERED STEEL BOLTED BALL JOINT SPACE FRAME STRUCTURE designed to National standards IS 875 & International Standards ASCE-7/ AISC 89/ AISI 86 with solid sphere nodes manufactured by hot forging to carbon steel conforming to BS EN 10083 Part-2, C45 (+N), Members - hot dip galvanized circular hollow steel sections (pipes) welded in accordance with AWS D1.1, pre- assembled coaxial steel cones at both ends to form the primary space frame member. Pipes shall conform to ASTM A53, Grade A/B, Fy= 205-240 MPa and hot dip galvanized to Clause 17 of ASTM A53 / ASTM A 123 Average zinc coating weight on pipes shall be 550 g /sq meter (Approximate zinc coating thickness77 Microns). " The steel cones (conical tips) shall conform to ASTM A36/ BS EN 10083, C-30 or DIN St 37-2 standards as applicable and electrogalvanized to ASTM B 633, Type 2, SC3 , Sleeves shall conform to BS EN 10083, Part 2, C45 (+QT) and electro-galvanized to ASTM B 633, Type 2, SC3, Bolts shall conform to ASTM F568 M / ASTM A490/ISO 898 Part 1, Grade/Property Class 10.9, and electro-galvanized . The space frame members (pipes), purlins / mounting plates, purlin stools and any other light steel sections of the structure will to confirm to ASTM A 36 and shall be in Hot Dip Galvanized steel and powder coated finish (Min. 80 MICRONS) Nodes, Support nodes and any other heavy steel sections like columns etc. shall be liquid spray painted by 2 coat epoxy & two component aliphatic polyurethane system, paint in accordance with the SSPC norms. Purlins are made from cold-formed lip-channel steel section /Rectangular/Square Hollow Section (RHS/SHS) conforming to ASTM A36/ASTM A500 / IS 4963 as applicable Architectural and Structural drawings and as directed by engineer incharge/PMC
