High Shear Emulsifier

High Shear Emulsifier narrows the particle size of liquid -liquid and solid-liquid materials through external mechanical force and distributes one phase materials into another phase or many other phases evenly to achieve good homogenizing, dispersing and emulsifying result.Shear forces are caused by one force pushing part of a mixture while another force pushes a different part of the mixture in the opposite direction in a parallel field. The higher the shear force is, the better the materials can incorporate together, even mixtures with viscous liquids and solids.The high capacity HSP model is ideal for inline blending, product smoothing, and de-agglomerating poorly dispersed powders. Wet milling of friable solids in suspension is even possible. The self-pumping design of the rotor and stator elements eliminates the need for a separate process pump.
