30W Laser Hallmarking Machine

Hallmarking laser marker uses a very small beam diameter; even lesser than 30 microns and yet have very high peak power. The laser has to hallmark on a very highly polished surface. Hence, the chances of beam bouncing off are very high.There are two different types of lasering, one which burns in the mark itself, this is an outline laser mark, and then 'deep relief' laser marking which burns away the metal surrounding the mark.
