Automatic Laser Marking Machine

The Automatic Laser Marking Machine runs on 230V and marks at 10000 mm/s. A fiber laser rated 20-100W plus tuned to 1064nm gives a sharp, repeatable mark on steel, aluminium, brass and other metals. The operator places the part, closes the guard and presses a foot-switch - the rest is automatic. Built in India but also held in stock, the unit ships within days and bolts straight on to the line. One laser source handles serial numbers, bar codes, logos as well as data-matrix codes on flat, curved or coated surfaces without ink, labels or tool wear.
