Description
The movement system’s stability is an important criterion for optimal welding results. Only this can ensure exact focusing. The ALW’s stable steel construction ensures a highly precise movement mechanism, so that the ALW 200/300 is ideal for automatic applications.During welding, the workpieces up to 350/400 kg can be moved precisely on 3 axes (X, Y and Z). In addition, there is an optional rotating axis for circular welding.Even demanding materials like aluminum, precious metals, titanium or sensitive alloys can be processed easily with the powerful ALW 200/300.With 100 or 150 watts, this ALW is mainly used when the primary tasks include repairs and deposition welding in tool and mold manufacturing, but programmed welding is not required. The ALW 200/300 enables programmed series production and welding on materials that are difficult to process, such as aluminum, precious metals, titanium, or sensitive alloys. It can be used for welding wires from 0.2 to 0.8 mm. Automatic wire feeding (LAFet) can be installed. Included in the scope of delivery ofthe ALW200/300 is the Ergotubus, which ensures the ergonomic alignment of the microscope. This system allows you to work pulsed at up to 100 Hz under visual control.Closed Laser Welding Device ALW: The ALW is a comfortable, ergonomic, and compact seated workstation that offers plenty of legroom, and which can be adjusted to the height of the operator via the height-adjustable foot plate. The observation lens offers a variable viewing angle from 10° – 50°, thus ensuring comfortable working. The closed, laser-proof housing makes the ALW a laser-protected workplace that can be used in a normal production environment without additional safety precautions. Easy to Use: The laser system is easy to operate. In addition to configuring via the display, the laser parameters can be adjusted via the patented multifunction footswitch or adapted accordingly during welding. The large doors of the ALW can be opened wide. This facilitates easy loading. The ALW in a few words: Robust housing, also well suited for automatic, programmed laser welding Ergonomic seated workstation for fatigue-free working Closed system, thus usable in any room Precision joystick for optimal work results All-in-one system (table, laser, extraction, safety) Plenty of space inside and wide opening doors Easy to operate Precise Movement System: A large and stable work plate holds workpieces weighing up to 350/400 kg and ensures their precise positioning. The joystick for movements along the X, Y, Z, and R axes reacts very accurately. All axes directly follow the joystick movement. Movements are made: manually by joystick, semi-automatically, or in automatic mode (ALW 200/300) programmed with the WINLaserNC software.
