Dry Leak Testing Machine

These machines are based on Pressure Decay Method. These machines consist of pressurizing the system with a defined pressure gas, usually dry air. Then the part is isolated from the gas supply and, after a stabilizing period, its internal pressure is monitored over time.Dry test is simply the use of a dry vacuum chamber (generally without water) to perform a seal integrity test. A sample is placed inside the vacuum chamber, vacuum is applied, and the behavior of the sachet determines the results of the test.
