Leg Press Machine

The leg press is a compound weight training exercise in which the individual pushes a weight or resistance away from them using their legs. The term leg press machine refers to the apparatus used to perform this exercise.Sometimes referred to as a seated leg press, they feature a footplate which sits at the same height as your torso. This is a fairly common addition to a gym as they are the easiest to use when compared to other leg press models.
