Lighting Towers

In the design of those lighting towers, the goal is to provide light for airport aprons, industrial zones, container yards, stadiums and mining sites. It is typical for the units to produce high intensity LED light from a telescopic mast that is made of strong mild steel - this mast can extend to 9 m but the total height of the structure is less than 9 m. There are six LED flood fixtures on each unit that are built for industrial use. By using a winch type system, workers can lower the fixtures so that maintenance is safe. As the engineering allows the towers to remain stable in wind speeds reaching 55 m/s, the operation is reliable in open areas. For heavy duty use, those towers have a telescopic lowering system and a construction that is resistant to damage. With service access that is easy to use, the amount of time the equipment is inactive is low plus the movement of the units is simple. Due to the use of components with an IP rating and fixtures that are resistant to wear, the performance is steady in difficult environmental conditions. And because the light spreads across a wide and uniform area, the total number of units that a site needs is lower. On trailer or fixed mounts, the towers are available for use in both temporary but also permanent locations. If a site needs to be covered quickly, the towers allow for rapid changes in position. To ensure they are available, the manufacturer produces and stocks them in India - those lighting towers are a combination of physical strength, resistance to weather and light for use in difficult outdoor settings.
