Draw Wire Sensor

A Draw Wire Sensor, also known as a string potentiometer or cable extension transducer, is a device used to measure linear movement or position. It consists of a spring-loaded cable wound on a spool, with one end attached to the object being measured and the other end connected to a sensor. As the object moves, it pulls or releases the cable, which in turn rotates the spool and changes the resistance of the sensor.
