7th axis linear slide

Linear Tracks are used in Robotic system as a 7th Axis movement for Robots. These tracks are specially made for Robot that can synchronous with robot movements and control by robot program. Our Floor Mounted 7th Axis Robot slide provides extended flexibility for robot. The system is designed utilizing a rack and pinion with Servo drive system. The system is distinguished by its excellent stability and resistance to contamination. Due to the high degree of rigidity, the Linear Track runs quietly and spreads the loads well, even when an emergency stop is performed. The guides have been precisely fitted into the closed, welded and machined flat. The entrie guiding system has been coverd with fix and supported metalic sheet covers to overall length. Outside dust and outer particles will not enter into the guiding system, resulting it will increase the overall life of system and maintaining high accuracy.
