Product Description The cross flow plate pack consist of a number corrugated plates mounted parallel to each other at spacing of 2-8 cm based on application. The waste water containing the floating material and suspended solids passes in horizontal direction between the plates. Laminar flow conditions are established while the water flows across the pack from the inlet to the outlet. Laminar flow conditions are essential for the effective gravity separation of the floating material and suspended particles from wastewater. The course of passing of wastewater from pack inlet to pack outlet, the floating material floats to the top of the corrugation and rises up through the inclined plates to the surface of the system where it is removed by a skimmer. The sludge moves towards the bottom of the corrugations and slides down through the inclined plates. From there the sludge is collected in a hopper and will be discharged intermittently through a blow off value. Settled sludge cannot re-contaminate the treated water as there will be short circuit baffles. The Lamella clarifier is a device which can separate the solid in the water under gravity . Its working principle is based on the shallow water theory , sedimentation tank''s sedimentation efficiency is only related with the sedimentation area . In the lamella sedimentation tank , the sedimentation area is the sum of the horizontal projection of all inclined plates , doubling increase sedimentation efficiency . It is kind of high efficient combined type settling tank;set many dense inclined plate packing in sediment area, to make the suspended impurity in water sediment, water rise flow along inclined tube, the separated sludge down to the tank bottom along the inclined tube by gravity, then discharge it in concentration. Such tank can improve sediment efficiency 50~60%, it can improve treatment capacity 3~5 times in the same area. It can design different flow rate inclined plate sediment device according to raw waste water test report, it need dose flocculant usually. It’s widely suitable for the industrial waste , sanitary sewage , coal mine pit sewage , the non – ferrous metal processing waste water .
