PD-2 SYNTH 460, 680 & 1000 HD (Heavy duty Lithium-Complex & Marine grease)

DESCRIPTION: PD-2 SYNTH 460, 680, 100 HD is high performance Lithium-complex soap thickener-based grease with incorporating high dosage of special white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement additive system and PAO based Ester with extreme pressure additive combination of high viscosity of synergistic base oil are forming a stable lubricant film to withstand continuous high shock loads & provide excellent water resistance of heavier oil film for applications with excessive high loading at slow and medium speed & high temperature, high shock loads and heavy vibrations and to stand with. It possesses resistance to water washing and provides effective protection against rust and corrosion for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals for extreme pressures. APPLICATIONS  PD-2 SYNTH 460, 680, 100 HD grease is recommended where continuous low & medium Speed bearings with high loads intermittent very high temperatures are experienced.  It is recommended for application for high temperature application in slip seal in KLINS of sponge plants where vibration, shock loads and non-melting grease is required.  It can also be used in ambient temperature applications where high resistance to water washing is needed at medium & low speed bearings. Applications: Steel, Sponge Iron plants, Industrial, Automotive, Construction equipments, Cement, Sugar, Mining, Marine, Paper Mill & Chemical Industry.  It is a pumpable grease when working under high hydraulic pressure generated by the pumps of centralized and Individualized systems.
