Magnetic Roll Separator

The Induced Magnetic Roll Separator (IMR) uses an electromagnet to generate high-intensity magnetic fields. These magnetic fields enable the separation of weakly and para magnetic minerals (e.g. mica, iron-coated silica, etc) from non-metallic minerals (e.g. feldspar, silica sand, zircon, etc) in a dry state.Magnetic separation: based on the generation of magnetic forces on the particles to be separated, which are higher than opposing forces such as gravity or centrifugal forces. This principle is used to separate ferromagnetic particles from crushed scrap mixtures.Types of Magnetic Applications.
