Mango Processing Machinery

There are two main clusters of mango pulp processing industries in India, with roughly 65 processing units surrounded by the orchards of Alphonso and totapuri .Mangoes are processed into purée for re-manufacturing into products such as nectar, juice, squash, jam, jelly and dehydrated products. The purée can be preserved by chemical means, or frozen, or canned and stored in barrels.The mango juice production process covers sorting, peeling and destoning, softening, pulping, homogenization, degassing, sterilization, filling and packing, cooling.
