scrubber packings are a high efficiency plastic tower packing designed for use in wet scrubbers, cooling towers, mist eliminators, absorption columns and gas strippers. They provide a surface area equal to many other packings but with much greater liquid surface availability.PVC base film is fetched from the reel and before it is fed into the blister forming unit. Blisters get continuously formed and the web is taken to the sealing station by using a guide track. There is also a suitable automatic filling system provided in the machine.Scrubbers are air pollution control devices that use liquid to remove particulate matter or gases from an industrial exhaust or flue gas stream. This atomized liquid (typically water) entrains particles and pollutant gases in order to effectively wash them out of the gas flow.
