Industrial Spice Roaster, 5000L

A thermic fluid is filled in the jackets of the roaster. This fluid is heated through electrical heaters to maximum temperature of about 250 Degree Celsius This fluid heats up slowly. However, after attaining maximum temperature, it retains the same for adequate period, providing enough time for the material to rotate, roast and blend simultaneously Once fully heated, it supports in roasting the entire material in short time, by avoiding burning of peripheral material A thermostat-based temperature and system controller is used to regulate the temperature in the thermic fluid. All roaster is puff insulated to avoid heat loss and accident due to high temperature process.
