Integra DuraGen Plus Adhesion Barrier Matrix A sterile, absorbable collagen matrix used in neurosurgery. Designed to restore dural defects (cranial or spinal) and to act as a barrier to prevent post‑surgical adhesions (peridural fibrosis). It conforms well to complex surfaces of dura, has engineered porosity to encourage cell ingrowth, and increased tensile strength for easier handling. Remains in place during the active healing phase, then is fully resorbed once healing is complete. Useful for both spinal and cranial procedures; may be used without sutures in some applications thanks to its conformability & surface tension
