Wax Melting Conditioning Machine

The wax melter is a wax melting,blending and conditioning machine. Investment Casting wax slabs/pellets are melted on the slab/drip melter attachment. The molten wax flows into the wax reservoir. Temperature and consistency is uniformly and accurately controlled under continuous stirring before transferring to the wax injectors.Standard machine configuration includes a Slab melter attachment, a conditioning tank or reservoir and a full sweep SS stirrer.Temperature control is PID.Wax Transfer pump with heated hose and machine on wheels are available addon features.
