Ceramic band heater used for injection moulding machines, we can make heaters in bigger diameter ranging from 100mm to 1000mm.The Nichrome heating coil in embeded inside the steatite insulators of high temperatures operating at more than 800 deg C. After which it is covered and insulated on the outer side with Thermal insulation to reduce the heat on the outside and give maximum heat inside the barrel.
