A pulverise or grinder is a mechanical device for the grinding of many different types of materials. For example, a pulverise mill is used to pulverise coal for combustion in the steam-generating furnaces of coal power plants.Pulverises (coal pulverise) are used to pulverise pieces of coal into fine particles (100μm) before placing into a boiler, to ensure efficient combustion. Pulverises have three functions, pulverisation, drying and classification.Raw material to be pulverised enters the crushing chamber through the hopper and automatic rotary feeder. The impact of the hammer on the feed material against the Liner plates reduces it into fine powder.Pulverisation may be classified into rough, medium, small crushing, coarse, fine, and ultra fine grinding.It works as a flour mill to grind different masala ingredients. One can make puree, chutney & paste using this machine. We can use it for all fine grinding of Turmeric as we as Red Chilli / All Spices. one single machine of impact pulverise can use all grinding.Pulverised coal produces more amount of heat, thus boiler efficiency is increased and generates about 2000 tonne/hr of steam in one boiler. By arranging the pulverised unit away from the furnace, the repairs can be solved easily. With the help of pulverised coal, the combustion takes place successfully.
