The Automatic Milk Filling Sealing Machine is built to pack milk quickly and without fuss. It shapes pouches from tough multilayer low density polyethylene film 75 - 100 microns thick - every pouch is food-safe plus hard-wearing. In one hour it turns out about 1000 - 1200 ready pouches, enough for busy dairies that need large volumes. Once the line starts, the machine runs by itself - operators only top up bulk product - every pouch is identical and labor stays low. It carries the AD mark, a brand known for accurate, long life equipment. The filler handles pouches from 200 ml up to 1 l but also works with film 10 - 12 inches long - one unit covers multiple retail sizes. Side and center sealing bars press the film into a leak proof seam. A 1 - 2 HP motor drives the cycle letting the unit drop straight into modern automated dairy or food lines without extra hardware.
