Milk Powder Packing Machine

Milk Powder Packing Machine is designed for high-accuracy packing of milk powder and similar free-flowing or cohesive powdered products in center-seal pouches. To accommodate different products and levels of precision, the machine includes a filling system that uses volumetric cups, augers or weigh fillers. It packs quantities from 50 g to 1 kg. Because the structure consists of stainless steel, the surfaces are clean for food contact and do not rust or degrade quickly when used for dairy or nutraceutical products. For packaging the system processes heat sealable laminated films that have a width between 200 mm and 450 mm. By adjusting the settings, an operator creates pouches with widths from 80 mm to 200 mm. If a specific size is necessary, the user adjusts the pouch length between 100 mm and 300 mm.
