This equipment has a fabricated rotor which has solid impact blades mounted on the top and is propelled by an electric motor. As the feed material enters the crushing radius of the rotor, the feed material gets shattered by the impact from rotating impact blades against the grinding wall.In an HSI crusher, material is crushed from the impact of fast-moving bars attached to the rotor. This material is continually crushed by the impact of the bars until it becomes fine enough to be shaped into a high-quality end product.
