Description

The Automatic Linear MAP Tray Sealing Machine - Vacuum + Gas removes air and adds gas to close food containers - those functions delay food decay and maintain the physical state of the contents. On the technical side, the machine requires 415 volts and 7 kilowatts of power to function. It operates through a PLC & HMI control system. The structural material is SS 304 stainless steel. There is a vacuum pump that moves 100 cubic meters of air every hour. Sealing occurs in a uniform manner during every cycle. Gas enters the containers in exact amounts. In addition the design allows for cleaning that meets sanitary standards. The machine functions without interruption over long periods.
