Semi-Automatic Rotary MAP Tray & Cup Sealing Machine REMA-7878-MAP-ROTARY removes air and introduces gas mixtures to preserve food that decays quickly. It uses 415 V three phase electricity to function. There is a vacuum level of 99.5% because the machine regulates the flow of gas. The machine completes 3 - 4 cycles every sixty seconds. On the rotating platform, the system combines the removal of air, the injection of gas, the application of heat to the lid and the trimming of excess material. By those actions the machine creates consistent bonds between the container plus the film. The machine maintains the original state of the food. It increases the duration for which the food remains edible.
