Measurement specifications Temperature range: -50 to 300°C (-58 to 572°F). Accuracy: ±1°C (±2°F) within the range of -50°C to +150°C. For temperatures outside this range, the accuracy is ±2°C (±4°F). Resolution: 0.1°C (0.2°F). However, the resolution changes to 1°C for temperatures outside the -19.9°C to 199.9°C range. Sensor: A 133mm stainless steel sensor probe with a 1-meter wire for external sensing. Sampling rate: 1 measurement per second.
