Moisture Separators cum filter or Compressed Air and Gas Separator, Fully sealed high efficiency cyclonic type Mechanical Moisture Separator cum filter mechanical moisture separator( cyclonic).Working Principle : Moisture laden Compressed Air enters in to the moisture separator moves in cyclonic motion around the Inner Pipe. The direction of the Compressed Air is guided by the baffle plates (fixed at a angle). This Compressed Air impinges on the M.S. baffle, which allows the moisture to get separated from the Compressed Air. The moisture free Compressed Air enters through the bottom of the inner pipe passes through 100 micron S.S. Mesh (fixed inside the inner pipe). Finally the Compressed Air which comes out is free from physical moisture (upto 85% ) and also free from solid particles (upto 100 micron).Salient Features: Efficiency upto 85% Solid particles down to 100 micron Outer surface is powder coated all inner parts are coated with anti corrosive paint No possibility of moisture carry over due to larger moisture collection
