Description

MCON RELEASE AL is a specially formulated blend of mineral oils and chemicals having release properties, which are superior to those of conventional mould oil. The chemicals in RELEASE AL react with the alkali in the concrete. This forms a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould, thereby enabling easy stripping of concrete from the form work. Thus it protects steel and aluminium formwork. MCON RELEASE AL is supplied as a light brown coloured, ready to use liquid.
