The MS Prefabricated Porta Cabin consists of a rectangular mild steel frame, powder coated in white or yellow, that resists rust and scratches. Each wall, roof along with floor panel interlocks along a tongue-and-groove seam - four workers bolt the sections together in under ninety minutes. The cabin serves as a site office, guard post, dormitory, storage bay, or sanitation block. A single forklift or flatbed truck relocates the unit intact. The 1.6 mm steel skin withstands wind, rain in addition to temperature swings from - 10 °C to 50 °C. Interior height reaches 2.4 m - floor load tolerance equals 500 kg per square metre. The cabin ships with pre cut window and door openings, electrical conduit next to a lockable steel door.
