Multi-Storey Cabin

The Multi-Storey Cabin uses mild steel framing throughout. A 100 mm × 50 mm I-beam forms the base - a 50 mm × 50 mm square tube caps the roof. Panels bolt to the frame - the unit assembles on site without cranes. A two coat epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat repels rain, salt spray along with chemical vapour. 19 mm MS pipes brace each partition; 8 mm MDF OSL sheets line both faces - adding stiffness and thermal lag. Each floor carries a 250 kg/m² live load. Doors close flush, windows seal with EPDM gaskets, plus vents maintain airflow. The result shelters crews on multi level builds with minimal maintenance.
