Multihead Weigher Collar Type Pouch Packing Machine

Multi head machine is widely used for the pouch filling and sealing for free flowing powders, granules and irregular shaped products, dry food or flakes etc like Potato Chips, Snacks, Fryumes, Kurkure, Namkeen, Nuts, Dry fruits, Kasoori methi, Cereal, Corn flakes, Soya chunks, Tea and a lot of other products. Those two machines are synced electronically, so that as soon as the bag is ready, the product is dropped in automatically. Once the product has dropped into the bag, the top is sealed. The sealing jaws press the 2 parts of the overlapping material and weld them, often with heating, to create a side or centre seal.
