Sev Extruder

A sev extruder is a machine used to make sev, a popular Indian snack made of gram flour and spices. The machine has a hopper where the sev dough is placed, and a set of interchangeable die plates that shape the dough into different patterns as it is extruded through a nozzle. The operator turns a handle or uses a motor to push the dough through the extruder, which can produce long continuous strands of sev.
