Kneading of Besan in Dough kneader Feeding of Dough in Sev Extruder 8 Inch model Hot Oil jet pressure will move forward the Extruded namkeen forward Submerger belt 20 inch with will carry the Extruded namkeen forward ,Pressing it down in oil and giving controlled timing Takeoff Belt 20 inch width will collect Now fried Extruded namkeen and remove from the fryer , Edible oil is removed from the fryer tank bottom from one end by gravity, oil if filtered and pumped inside the heat exchanger box . Edible oil returns from the heat exchanger box from another point in the heat exchanger box ,after heating its supplied to many input points of fryer
