3 HP Single Phase Needle Vibrator

The needle vibrator is recommended for vibro- compaction of test cylinders and beams at site and in the laboratory. This instrument can also be used at small construction sites. A motor fitted on a swivel base drives a flexible shaft, which in turn, vibrates the needle at about 10,000 vibrations per minute.They are also referred to as immersion, poker or needle vibrators. They essentially include an energy unit and a long flexible tube on the top of which a vibrating head is attached. Power is furnished by means of an electric powered motor, compressed air or petrol engine.
