Electric Needle Vibrator

Immersion or Needle Vibrators are most commonly used vibrator for concrete. It consists of a steel tube (with one end closed and rounded) having an eccentric vibrating element inside it. This steel tube called poker is connected to an electric motor or a diesel engine through a flexible tube.They are also referred to as immersion, poker or needle vibrators. They essentially include an energy unit and a long flexible tube on the top of which a vibrating head is attached. Power is furnished by means of an electric powered motor, compressed air or petrol engine.All vibrators have the same working principle. An electric motor with an unbalance mounted on a rotor which generates a circular vibration with high centrifugal force. The centrifugal force depends on the unbalance and rotor rotation speed.
