Nitrogen Degassing Machine & Degassing Unit

This machine is used for removing hydrogen and other non metallic inclusions from molten aluminum. There is a hollow rotor with speed control by an A.C. drive. This rotor is lowered in the molten metal bath, at the same time a fixed quantity of inert gas is passed into the metal through the rotor shaft.Nitrogen degassing units is a metal treatment system for the degassing and cleaning of aluminum alloys in foundries. Nitrogen degassing units use the impeller principle with patented rotor designs which mixes fine inert gas (usually Nitrogen) with the melt.Principle of degassing (PAT.) When pumping liquid flows through the orifice into the intake part of the pump, the dissolved gas in the liquid is separated from the liquid by decompression, and the generated gas-liquid mixture is fed to the inducer.
