Nitrogen Degassing Machine & Hoistable Degassing Machine

This machine is used for removing hydrogen and other non metallic inclusions from molten aluminum. There is a hollow rotor with speed control by an A.C. drive. This rotor is lowered in the molten metal bath, at the same time a fixed quantity of inert gas is passed into the metal through the rotor shaft.Nitrogen degassing units is a metal treatment system for the degassing and cleaning of aluminum alloys in foundries. Nitrogen degassing units use the impeller principle with patented rotor designs which mixes fine inert gas (usually Nitrogen) with the melt.This technique can be used in degassing processes. To remove dissolved gases from liquids, especially water or aqueous solutions. According to Henry's law, the amount of dissolved gas in a liquid is proportional to its partial pressure. So, placing a solution under reduced pressure makes the dissolved gas less soluble.
