ATS ELGI's Nitrogen tyre inflator is the most widely used tyre inflator across India. It produces up to 97% pure Nitrogen at a rate of 3500 litres per hour. Equipped to inflate two tyres at a time with a pressure range of 0 to 120 bar, this product is designed to suit the user's needs and improve tyre life.A nitrogen tyre inflator is made up of an air compressor and an adsorption filter that allows nitrogen and oxygen in the air to pass through. Nitrogen and oxygen separate out due to their different diffusion rates when the air passes through the adsorption filter.The so-called nitrogen generators used in tire inflation systems don't make nitrogen; they use a membrane process to remove most of the oxygen from the air, leaving you with an inflation medium that is 95 to 98 percent pure nitrogen.
