Octagonal Blender

The Octagonal Blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry granules homogeneously. Two third of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing.Octagonal blender is used for gentle blending of dry powders / granules. The Blending takes place at low to medium speed during operation, depending on process requirement.The general arrangement of Octagonal blender has a drive unit consisting of a Motor, Gear box and sprocket chain arrangement mounted in 'A' - shaped frame with S.S. Covers. All functions of the equipment are controlled and governed by switch provided or HMI. These machines are extensively used in the pharmaceutical industry to granulate and blend medicated powders. It is also the best way to mix very heavy and abrasive products for total discharge of product with minimal retention.
