Efficient Filtration Mechanism Our Filter Press Machines feature recessed plates that create chambers when closed together. Each plate has a central hole for feeding oil, with pyramid formations that maximize the filtering area for enhanced oil purification. Advanced Filtration Process Tailored filter cloths are placed over each plate and secured with cast iron nuts. Oil is pumped into the press, where it passes through the cloth and collects inside the plate chambers. The purified oil is then released through pet cocks located at the bottom of the plates. These pumps are fitted with ball bearings for smooth operation and high-quality check valves for efficiency.
